Handmade drafting & design offer honest value for money with project prices that are established upfront. Every project is priced upon its individual and finely tuned design brief, completed and put together with you personally and at your home.
Small Projects:For most small projects requiring Architectural Drafting & Design documentation applicable for Planning and Building permits, for example 'decks and pergolas' mostly have a set, staged contract price.
Large Projects:For all larger projects like extensions, renovations and custom designed new homes, fees can largely vary, depending on the size of the project, the detail involved in the design, the extent of drawing & construction details, the extent of other supporting documentation by other engaged professionals and to what extent the project is to be overseen by the designer during the construction process period. Our pricing is usually put together with the use of the BDAV project price guide.

With over 19 years of experience, and originally studying at Box Hill TAFE & RMIT University Melbourne, David Hand has a Graduate Certificate in 'Building Design & Architectural Drafting' as well as extensive experience and knowledge as a qualified Carpenter.
